All appeals of applicants are submitted and considered through the state unified (integrated) republican information system for recording and processing appeals of citizens and legal entities.

Electronic appeals of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter – citizens), and legal entities are considered in accordance with the requirements of

Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011

"On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities"

An electronic appeal is made in Belarusian or Russian. Responses to electronic appeals are sent electronically to the email address specified in the electronic appeal, or in writing to the place of residence (stay) of the citizen or the location of the legal entity in cases established by

the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011

"On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities"

For assistance in exercising their rights related to the processing of personal data at OJSC "558 ARZ", citizens have the right to contact the specialist for internal control over the processing of personal data by sending a message to the email address zpd@558arp.by.

An electronic appeal of a citizen must contain:

  • surname, first name, patronymic or initials of the citizen;
  • address of the citizen's place of residence (stay);
  • statement of the essence of the appeal;
  • citizen's email address.

An electronic appeal of a legal entity must contain:

  • full name of the legal entity;
  • location of the legal entity;
  • statement of the essence of the appeal;
  • surname, first name, patronymic of the person authorized to sign appeals;
  • email address of the legal entity.

Appeals are left unconsidered on the merits that:

  • are made not in Belarusian or Russian;
  • do not contain the surname, first name, patronymic, address of the citizen's place of residence (stay);
  • do not contain the full name of the legal entity and its location address, the surname, first name, patronymic of the head or the person duly authorized to sign appeals (for legal entities);
  • contain text that cannot be read;
  • contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
  • are subject to consideration in accordance with the legislation on constitutional proceedings, civil, civil procedural, economic procedural, criminal procedural legislation, legislation defining the procedure of the administrative process, legislation on administrative procedures, or in accordance with legislative acts a different procedure for filing and considering such appeals is established;
  • contain issues not within the competence of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus;
  • the deadline for filing a complaint has been missed without a valid reason;
  • a repeated appeal has been submitted, if it has already been considered on its merits and does not contain new circumstances relevant to the consideration of the appeal on its merits;
  • correspondence with the applicant has been terminated.

Electronic appeals must be considered no later than 15 days from the date of registration, and those requiring additional study and verification — no later than 1 month.
