Production

Today the Company manufactures more than 70 types of hydro-gas system units for the Be-200 amphibious aircraft (PJSC TANTK im. G.M. Beriev), LMS-901 Baikal (JSC UWCA), including hydraulic cylinders for doors, door locks, hydraulic cylinders for emergency opening of landing gear doors and locks, etc., as well as more than 450 items of parts in the interests of aircraft manufacturing enterprises of the Russian Federation for Tu-214, La-8, Borey, IL-76/78, MC-21 aircraft.

Machine-tools allow to produce the parts of different complexity and variety:

• airframe elements (hatches, brackets, fittings, staples, primary elements: ribs, bulkheads, beams, webs, etc.);
• parts of liquid-gas systems of aerial vehicles;
• landing gear parts;
• low- and high-pressure pipelines from construction and stainless steel, copper, aluminum and titanium alloys of all systems of repaired items;
• production of formed and high-precision parts.

Control

To control the quality of manufactured aircraft components and aircraft parts, the following types of non-destructive testing are used at the enterprise:

• magnetic particle testing;
• x-ray inspection;
• fluorescence analysis;
• ultrasonic inspection;
• eddy-current testing;
• acoustic impedance analysis;
• liquid penetrant test (dye penetrant method), etc.

To perform incoming inspection of materials and testing of ready-made items, the enterprise possesses central plant laboratory, accredited in the Belarusian national system of accreditation for conformance to requirements of STB ISO/M EK17025.

The equipment available in the laboratory allows performing wide variety of tests of materials and ready items including climatic tests with temperature range - 60°С to + 60°С at “NEMA” installation.
