Repairs are carried out in the scope and in accordance with the requirements of the current repair documentation for aviation materiel and assembly parts with design and technological support of the repairs from the developer.
Overhaul of aviation materiel
The manufacturing areas, the availability of equipment and documentation, human resources of the company meet the requirements of design, as well as regulatory and technical documentation for different types of repairs of aviation materiel, its assembly parts, and allow to perform a full cycle of repair thereof at the facilities of JSC «558 ARP».
During the overhaul of aviation materiel, the following work is performed:
- Examination of the technical condition of aviation materiel during complete disassembly and fault detection by the developer's specialists, with the preparation of an inspection report and determination of the list of additional work and replacements.
- Mandatory work and replacements to ensure the required post-repair resource indicators in order to keep aviation materiel in operation within the full overhaul life and service life.
- Implementation of industry bulletins, as well as modifications and technical instructions based on the results of technical condition examination of aviation materiel by the developer's specialists;
- Work on individual extension of service life and lifetime to ensure full overhaul life/service life with the developer involved.
- Overhaul of aircraft engines at specialized repair facilities and at manufacturer's plants.
- Repair of ground-based support equipment for aviation materiel and removable units;
- Replacement of non-repairable units;
- Painting of aviation materiel with certified paints and varnishes.
For the provision of warranty service, a group of JSC «558 ARP» specialists with the required process equipment and repair kit tools is sent to the Customer's facilities.
