The chess championship within the 48th year‑round Spartakiad among enterprises, organizations and institutions took place from February 16 to February 20. 14 teams (42 people) took part.
In the individual championship, representatives of OJSC "558 ARZ" took second and third places on the 1st and 3rd boards, respectively.
The winning team among the teams was the team of OJSC "558 ARZ". Second place – OJSC "Baranovichi Auto‑Assembly Plant", third – CJSC "ATLANT" – Baranovichi Machine‑Tool Plant (BSZ).
